Karate WA will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 7 November 2026, with a Member Club Meeting to follow.
The AGM information package has been issued to Members (HOS/ Member Dojo Heads) and includes the key information, forms and timelines for this year’s meeting.
Member are encouraged to review the information carefully and note the important dates for Elected Director nominations, Notices of Motion and voting, where required.
Important Dates
30 September 2026 – AGM Notice issued. Call for Notices of Motion and nominations for Elected Director positions.
16 October 2026 – Nominations for Elected Director positions and Notices of Motion close at COB.
16 October 2026 – AGM Agenda and relevant papers circulated.
20 October 2026 – Electronic voting opens, if an election is required.
31 October 2026 at 5.00pm – Electronic voting closes.
7 November 2026 – Karate WA Annual General Meeting.
A Member – HOS/Head of Dojo Meeting will follow the AGM.
