The WA Karate Federation Board is embarking on a pivotal project in early 2025 to design a new High-Performance Pathway Plan. In collaboration with our community and industry experts, this initiative aims to support the development of our athletes and coaches and foster sustainable success.
As part of this project, we are hosting a facilitated planning workshop led by Jo Richards from The Performance Collab. To ensure inclusivity and gather diverse perspectives, we invite all members of our community to participate in a broader open session:

This open session is open to athletes, parents, instructors, coaches, referees, Head of Styles and member Clubs.
